Financial Support for the Development of Joint Territorial Communities

Abstract

The theoretical bases of research on financial resources and financial support of the development of territorial communities have analyzed in the article. The mechanism of their financial support by sources of financial resources has considered. An evaluation of the current position of the formation of financial and budgetary resources of joint territorial communities and their subsidization has made. The impact on the financing of the development of joint territorial communities by the State Fund for Regional Development was analyzed. The basic requirements for the formation of an effective system of financial support for the development of joint territorial communities have formulated.
