Abstract

The format of communication between cognitive devices with or without human intervention in cellular networks is sensitive in performance, which is due to the need forenhancing allocation of resource, traffic management & data traffic.Hence, achieving stablequality of serviceis most challenging, and that often reflects deprivedthroughput & terminal fairness. In this regard, correlating the requirements and resources has considered as the crucial factor in contemporary research to achieve optimality and stability in quality of service. This manuscript portrayed a novel scheduling strategy to achieve optimal load balancing to achieve the minimal drops in communication, maximum throughput and fairness towards the exchange of data through cellular networks. The proposed method enables Adaptive Data Transmission through Time-Vary Scheduling (ADTTVS) to privilege the optimal load balancing. The experimental study has carried on the proposed and the contemporary models, which portrays the significance of the proposed model compared to the other contemporary methods.
