Data Security using Efficient Cryptosystem
Abstract
Data is a tactical resource. Information transactions across the world have become inextricably interwoven. Providing security to that data is one of the primary aspects so as to protect from unauthorized disclosure and modification. A rigorous search made us to consider cryptography algorithms as the principle means of providing the data security. As numerous cryptographic algorithms exist but each of them has their own solid and frail focuses in terms of complexities. Keeping in mind the end goal to develop a low complex algorithm we have proposed a new symmetric stream cipher in this research article and named as “Random Prime Key - RPK” Algorithm. The strength of this algorithm has been analyzed over differential cryptanalysis and suitable criteria in order to ensure low complexity and high security.
