Abstract

This is empirical descriptive research that obtained the data from questionnaires and interview with sample size of 1024 respondents. Factor analysis was used to find out factors. 12 factors were identifies out of which Job Pressure factor was taken for study. Independent sample test has been used to analyze the data.
