Impact of Organisational Justice of Satisfaction of Hotel Employees

Abstract

Organisational justice has been proved as an important predictor of any behavioural outcome. That’s why it can be considered as an important predictor to enhance job satisfaction in an organisation. The objective of the paper is to scrutinize impacts of organisational justice on the basis of satisfaction from jobandemployees working various hotels in India. A sample of 747 employees participated in the survey from various hotels. It was found from the study that there is animportant association amongst procedural,distributive and satisfaction and perceived interactional justice of employees of a hotel in hospitality sector.
