Managing Supply Chain in VUCA World

Abstract

Today’s world is ascribed as Volatile, Uncertain, Complex as well as Ambiguous. Manging business with the interesting verticals of agile, kaizen and lean principles to demarcate the underlying impact of VUCA is something that is important. The present paper is an attempt to understand the same. It presents the different prevalent practices as well as even describes the strategies to combat the different situations. Different existing literatures are also reviewed to understand the prevalent practices.
