Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply constructive thinking inventory (CTI) and analyze the impact on change management and organizational culture in social and solidarity-based economy associations of Calderón, so as to promote a permanent search to improve working conditions, physical health, emotional adjustment, success in personal relationships and greater satisfaction in personal and business life. The paper presents the results of the field research carried out in the Asociaciones Redes y HuertosFamiliares in Calderón, a parish in the north of Quito.
